Find Your Balance, Upside Down!
Handstands are a foundational skill for all circus arts—and a fun, rewarding challenge in their own right! In this lesson, you’ll learn the techniques and drills needed to build balance, control, and confidence while upside down.
In this lesson, you’ll:

- Build core and upper body strength while increasing flexibility.
- Learn progressions tailored to your skill level, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your handstand.
Perfect for anyone looking to master this essential circus skill or simply try something new, handstands are a great way to challenge yourself and see the world from a different perspective. With consistent practice and expert guidance, you’ll be balancing like a pro in no time!
Lessons are 55-85 mins in length and all lessons begin with a guided warm-up by the instructor to prepare and help to prevent injuries.
During a lesson new skills are taught, old skills are reviewed, put together and developed into acts for those that desire and work towards them.
In our constant effort to avoid injury, we conclude each lesson with a cool down which can include conditioning and/or stretching.
Cancellation policy:
All payments for punch cards, workshops, private lessons, sessions, and drop-in lessons are non-refundable.
You can cancel and reschedule for ANY reason up to 24-hours before the lesson (you think you are getting the flu, you’re getting hitched in Vegas, you’d rather stay home and watch Netflix, etc.).
Under 24 hours means you forfeit the lesson credit, regardless of the reason (we absolutely care, we just have to pay for the space and our hard-working instructors).
All punch cards expire 6-months from the date of purchase.
